Deep groove ball bearings can be installed on the shaft by two ends fixed, inner ring fixed and outer ring fixed in three ways.
1. Both ends are fixed
Fixed at both ends means that both ends of the deep groove ball bearing are installed on the locking sleeve at the same time, and the locking force is adjusted through the thread of the locking sleeve, so that the bearing is in a normal state of use. This installation method is simple and easy, and is suitable for the case that the length of the shaft is small and there is no obvious matching defect. However, the quality and accuracy of the lock sleeve will directly affect the service life of the bearing, and it is impossible to avoid the problem of excessive wear due to the change of the tightness of the bearing.
Second, the inner ring fixed
Inner ring fixing means that the inner ring of the deep groove ball bearing is directly installed on the shaft, and the outer ring can float.
