The product adopts the stamping steel plate cage,and the end face is unblocked. The inner ring of this series of bearings has no center edge, and the cage is separated roller. This effectively reduces internal friction of the bearing, assists the rolling body under force to enter correctly into the load area, and also improves the bearing limited speed.
Self-aligning roller bearings have double-row rollers, the outer ring has a common spherical raceway, and the inner ring has two raceways that are inclined at an angle relative to the bearing axis. This ingenious structure makes it have self-aligning performance, so it is not easy to be affected by the angle error or shaft bending of the shaft and the bearing housing, and is suitable for installation errors or shaft deflection that cause angle errors. In addition to bearing radial loads, the bearing can also bear axial loads acting in both directions.
Spherical Roller bearings are designed to carry heavy loads, even under misalignment or shaft deflection. Spherical Roller bearings can also handle axial loading in either direction and heavy shock loads. Available with a cylindrical or a tapered bore for mounting with or without a sleeve adapter. CAF-- As CA, but with a steel cage.
ECA, ECAC-- Reinforced roller complement, one-piece machined brass cage, double-pronged, retaining flanges on the inner ring, guide ring centred on the inner ring.
ECAF-- As ECA, but with a steel cage.
E-- For bearings with a bore diameter d ≤ 65 mm: Two pressed window-type steel cages, flangeless inner ring and guide ring centred on the inner ring
CAFA-- One-piece machined steel cage, double-pronged, centred on the outer ring raceway, retaining flanges on the inner ring and guide ring centred on the inner ring
