The installation method of thrust aligning roller: 1. When installing bearings, the bearing oil seal should be washed and then coated with clean high-quality lubricating oil.
2. When installing the bearing, it should be stressed evenly and cannot be hammered. If the interference is large, the bearing should be put into the mineral oil and heated to 90-100, and installed immediately.
3. The warehouse where bearings are stored should be clean and clean, and the relative humidity should not exceed 65%.
4. The stock bearing should be re-cleaned and oiled every other year, and the oil seal packaging should be kept in good condition.
5. When using bearings, there should be a good sealing and dust-proof device, and the working condition should be checked frequently.
Cylindrical roller bearing installation and use

2. Bearings should be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene before use and kept well lubricated.
